Crown Resorts Limited's Nobu Sydney is seeking an inspiring Assistant Restaurant Manager who shares our passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience. You will lead from the floor, coach front-of-house teams and ensure service excellence during peak periods.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will drive roster management, cost control and standards, mentor staff, manage guest relations and VIP experiences, and uphold Nobu’s reputation for quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in premium or high-volume dining.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Coaching and mentoring capability for high-performing teams.
• Experience with guest relations, service recovery and VIPs.
• Knowledge of labour management, productivity and venue performance.
• Strong food, wine, sake and beverage knowledge.
• Experience with Japanese or Asian cuisine highly regarded.
• Hands-on leadership on the dining floor.
• NSW RSA Competency Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive luxury service standards and memorable dining experiences.
• Support roster management and labour optimisation.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve service issues.
• Assist with financial performance, stock and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, standards and food safety.
• Lead from the floor during peak periods and act as venue leader when needed.
