You will drive luxury standards, manage rosters, guest relations and VIP experiences, while maintaining food and beverage knowledge across Japanese cuisine; this role offers career progression within a globally celebrated brand.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience within premium or high-volume dining.
• Strong coaching and mentoring to develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing guest relations, service recovery and VIP experiences.
• Commercial acumen across labour management, productivity and venue performance.
• Knowledge of food, wine, sake and beverages.
• Experience with Japanese or Asian cuisine preferred.
• NSW RSA Competency Card current.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive luxury service standards and create memorable dining experiences.
• Assist with rostering, labour optimization and planning.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Support financial performance, stock control and cost management.
• Lead from the floor during peak service periods.
