Job summary

Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is seeking an Executive General Manager, Planning Change and Assurance in Geelong on a full-time, fixed-term executive contract. You will lead the TAC's enterprise portfolio, ensuring alignment of priorities, investments and resources with strategy to drive sustainable value and improved performance.

The role reports to the CEO, heads the Planning, Change and Assurance Division, and provides independent governance and advisory support to the Board.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise portfolio management, strategic planning and assurance with ability to translate strategy into an integrated portfolio of investments that deliver value.
• Proven capability to advise CEOs, Executive Leadership Teams and Boards on complex strategic progress of investment decisions.
• Strong financial leadership for major investment and funding decisions within complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise portfolio management, strategic planning and assurance for TAC.
• Advise CEO, ELT and Board to support informed decision-making and governance of priorities.
• Ensure transformation initiatives are aligned to strategy and value delivery.
