Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery.

• Proactive, energetic and passionate about hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily kitchen operations including ordering stock.
• Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and food quality across dishes.
• Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
