Australia Post is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to three General Managers in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate diaries, travel, meetings, and leadership rhythms while enabling the leadership team to perform at their best.

Location is Redfern, Sydney NSW with hybrid work (3 days in office, 2 days from home). The role offers progression after 12 months and a competitive total package with superannuation.

Formación

• Experience supporting senior executives, ideally at Executive General Manager or Executive Manager level within a large and complex organisation.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using business systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage complex diary management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling and leadership team rhythms.
• Build strong relationships across senior leadership teams and act as a key point of coordination between stakeholders.
• Support governance and business administration activities including action tracking, procurement, invoicing, office management and team support.
