LAWD Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a National Director in a busy professional services environment in Brisbane. The role emphasizes efficiency, structured workload management, and leveraging Microsoft Copilot to streamline processes.

You will proactively identify inefficiencies, implement better approaches, and develop Copilot agents and workflows to reduce manual administration while maintaining high-quality executive support.

• Demonstrated experience supporting a senior executive in a busy environment.
• Exceptional organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and practical Copilot experience.
• Interest in developing Copilot agents and workflows.
• Initiative, sound judgement and confidence to suggest better approaches.
• Genuine interest in systems, process improvement and efficiencies.
