Job summary

Smartgroup Corporation in Australia is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-quality support to senior leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This permanent full-time role focuses on calendar management, travel coordination, and preparing materials.

You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, handle confidential information with discretion, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while staying curious about AI and digital innovation.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administration role.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or a leadership team.
  • Strong diary, meeting and priority-management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Sound judgement, professionalism and a high level of discretion.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and digital innovation, with an openness to learning how these tools can enhance your role.
