Job summary

Bingo Industries is seeking machine operators for permanent, full-time roles in New South Wales. You will operate excavators and front-end loaders to identify and sort recyclable materials, supporting our waste-to-resource mission across NSW and other states.

A strong safety mindset and clear radio communication are essential. We offer overtime where required, a supportive safety culture, full uniform and PPE, and a $1500 employee referral bonus for successful referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience operating excavator or front-end loader.
• Licences and tickets relevant to heavy equipment.
• Willingness to work a day shift in a permanent role.
• Experience in waste, processing, manufacturing or related heavy industry.
• Ability to read safety signs and communicate via two-way radio.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator and/or front-end loader to identify and sort heavy recyclable materials.
• Assist in recovering materials such as bricks, concrete, tiles, steel and timber.
• Follow safety signs and use a two-way radio to communicate clearly.
• Maintain and report equipment faults and daily safety checks.
