Job summary

Pryor Plant Hire is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for an immediate start on permanent, full-time basis. You will operate 5.5T, 7.5T and 13.5T excavators on subdivision and civil projects across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of excavator experience in subdivision works, a valid RIIMPO320F, White Card and C Class licence, and can pass medical/drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited RIIMPO320F certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years excavator operating experience in subdivision works.
• Must reside in Central Coast, Lake Macquarie or Newcastle regions.
• Current White Card and C Class driver’s licence required.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening.
• Australian working rights must be confirmed.
• Desirable GPS machine control experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate 5.5T, 7.5T and 13.5T excavators on subdivision and civil works.
• Work across Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and equipment care.

EXPERIENCED EXCAVATOR OPERATOR – IMMEDIATE START

Permanent Full-Time Position | Central Coast / Lake Macquarie / Newcastle

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for an immediate start in a permanent, full-time position.

The successful applicant will operate 5.5T, 7.5T and 13.5T excavators on subdivision and civil construction projects throughout the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie and Newcastle regions.

This position would suit an experienced operator who is confident working independently, takes pride in their work and machinery, and can consistently produce a high standard of work.

Essential Criteria

• Nationally accredited Statement of Attainment – RIIMPO320F Conduct Civil Construction Excavator Operations
• Minimum 3 years' excavator operating experience in subdivision works
• Demonstrated experience and confidence in:
  • Detail excavation and final trim
  • Roadworks and footpaths
  • Trenching and pipework
  • Excavator attachment use
  • Bulk earthworks
• Currently live in the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie or Newcastle regions
• Current General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Current C Class driver's licence
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening
• Australian working rights

Desirable Skills

• Statement of Attainment – Work Safely in the Vicinity of Live Electrical Apparatus as a Non-Electrical Worker
• GPS machine control experience
