Job summary

Shadforth is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our Parkhurst team, working on residential subdivisions with a modern, well-maintained fleet. You’ll operate 20t+ machines, leveraging GPS and Final Trim experience on civil projects, with a White Card and current plant tickets.

This role offers local work and strong overtime potential. Expect Monday to Friday 6:30–5:00 hours, competitive pay, and career growth through formal qualifications including a Cert III in Civil Construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Excavator Operator on civil projects, ideally subdivisions.
• Strong GPS and Final Trim experience.
• Experience operating 20t+ machines.
• Reliable and able to work both independently and as part of a crew.
• White Card and relevant plant operating tickets.
• Ability to work Monday - Friday 6:30 - 5:00
