Job summary

Leading Excavation Solutions (LES) is seeking an experienced Final Trim GPS Excavator Operator to perform precision earthworks across Victoria using state-of-the-art GPS equipment. You will join a professional crew, with a maintained company vehicle and long-term project stability across multiple sites.

Minimum 5 years’ experience, a valid Excavator ticket and White Card are essential, along with a manual Australian driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• Valid Excavator ticket and White Card.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating excavators (13t–70t) to final trim standard.
• Strong background in civil construction and earthworks.
• Current Australian driver’s licence (manual).
• Willingness to travel and work overtime when required.
• Pass ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate 13t–70t GPS excavators to final trim standard.
• Maintain accuracy and production efficiency on civil earthworks.
• Travel to projects across Victoria as required.
• Perform daily servicing checks and greasing of machinery.
• Adhere to safety and QA protocols.
