Job summary

Fetch Recruitment seeks skilled GPS and Final Trim Excavator Operators for immediate starts across large-scale subdivision and infrastructure projects in Adelaide. You will operate excavators 5T–30T, trenching and earthworks, and work with multiple trades on busy sites.

These roles offer 10–12 hour days with weekend work, a temp-to-perm pathway with pay reviews at 3 and 6 months, and increasing pay rates as milestones are achieved. Immediate starts across Edinbugh, Riverlea, and other sites.

Qualifications

• Strong background in plant operation.
• Able to read & understand plans and operate accordingly.
• Team player who can work well with others.
• Eye for detail and pride in work.
• OHS focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate Excavators from 5T–30T across subdivision and infrastructure projects.
• Assist multiple trades and sub-contractors on site.
• Read plans and execute earthworks with attention to safety and quality.
• Work with crews to meet project milestones.
• Perform trenching, batter work and road boxing as required.

Fetch Recruitment are seeking skilled GPS and Final Trim Excavator Operators for immediate starts across large-scale subdivision and infrastructure projects in Adelaide.

North Site Locations:

Edinburgh, Riverlea, Angle Vale, Gawler, Roseworthy, Globe Derby, Westlakes, Oakden Rise

About the role

• Operating Excavators from 5T - 30T
• Subdivision, energy infrastructure, road projects, pipelines & more.
• Trenching, bulk earthworks, batter work, road boxing, pit & pipe, conduits.
• Experience working with different materials and conditions.
• Working with and assisting multiple trades and sub-contractors

Skills and experience

• Strong background in plant operation
• Able to read & understand plans and operate accordingly
• Australian Driver's license and own transport
• White Card & relevant plant tickets
• Team player who can work well with others.
• Eye for detail and pride in work
• OHS focused.
