This is a key position within our construction operations, based in Wollondilly. You will be responsible for operating equipment whilst utilising GPS technology to ensure precision and accuracy on site. This role is essential to maintaining the quality standards of our earthmoving and civil construction projects, and you will work on-site across various construction and civil works projects throughout the region.

What we're looking for

Current and valid driver's licence (minimum Category C)

Proven experience operating equipment in a construction or civil engineering environment

Demonstrated experience with GPS

Current construction induction card (White Card) or willingness to obtain one

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to achieving precise specifications

Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with site crews

Reliability and a strong safety-conscious attitude

Relevant plant operation certifications or licences are desirable
