AWX is seeking an experienced GPS Excavator Operator for a civil construction project in Goodna, QLD. You will operate a brand-new 50T GPS excavator, currently with minimal hours, and contribute to earthworks and site activities.

The role requires proven experience with 50T excavators, strong GPS skills, and civil construction background. Immediate start on a minimum 1-month assignment with potential extension.

• Strong GPS experience on heavy machinery.
• Civil construction and earthworks background.
• Relevant tickets/licences including White Card and driver's licence.

AWX is currently seeking an experienced GPS Excavator Operator for a civil construction project in Goodna. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator to work on a brand-new 50T GPS excavator, currently with only approximately 20 hours on the machine.

THE ROLE

• Operate a 50T GPS Excavator
• Complete civil earthworks and excavation activities
• Operate GPS machine control accurately and efficiently
• Assist with general site duties as required
• Work safely around heavy machinery and site crews
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and machine care

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience operating 50T Excavators
• Strong GPS experience
• Previous civil construction and earthworks experience
• Relevant tickets/licences
• White Card
• Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Safety-focused and reliable work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a civil construction crew

WHAT'S ON OFFER

• $59.71 per hour
• Standard hourly rate
• Immediate start
• Minimum 1 month of work, with potential for longer for the right operator
