Job summary

MB Earth Worx is seeking a reliable Machine Operator in Brisbane to join our civil earthworks team. You will operate and monitor excavators 13-40t, follow safety rules, perform prestart checks, and carry out basic maintenance while submitting daily timesheets.

We value punctuality, teamwork, and attention to detail, with probation to assess fit. Competitive pay and consistent hours offered in a family-owned, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years plus experience operating Excavators 13-40t in civil construction.
• Reliable, punctual and team-oriented.
• Experience with Trimble GPS systems.
• Excavator experience in civil/bulk earthworks including drainage and road construction.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• RII certification and OH&S white card.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

2 years experience operating Excavators 13-40t in the civil construction industry.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Experience working with Trimble GPS systems.

Excavator experience in Civil/bulk earthworks, including final trim, drainage and road construction.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Excavator RII.

Current OH&S white card.

With this position you must be willing to undergo a 3 month probationary period to assess the operator’s ability
