Job summary

The Fresh Collective is hiring casual waitstaff, all-rounders, and baristas to join the Strathfield Golf Club team across the Bistro, Kiosk and events.

Shifts available Monday to Sunday across mornings, lunch and dinner; 10 to 20 hours per week; on-site free parking; training provided.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months hospitality experience, barista skills, Australian working rights and NSW RSA; commitment of at least 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months hospitality experience with coffee-making skills.
• Confident carrying 3 plates and a tray of drinks.
• Hold Australian working rights and NSW RSA.
• Willing to commit to a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to members and guests.
• Prepare and serve barista-style coffee to a high standard.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, run food, clear tables, and manage payments.
• Support event functions and assist setup/pack-down.
• Keep work areas clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house team.
