Job summary

The Fresh Collective Pty Ltd is seeking casual waitstaff and baristas for Strathfield Golf Club. Roles span Bistro, Kiosk, and Events with a dynamic mix of duties in a premium environment.

Shifts include mornings, lunch, and dinner, across Monday to Sunday, with 10–20 hours per week. Applicants should have at least 6 months hospitality experience with coffee skills, be confident carrying multiple plates, and possess a current NSW RSA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months hospitality experience with coffee skills.
• Confident handling food and beverage service.
• Able to carry 3 plates and a tray of drinks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to members and guests across all areas.
• Prepare and serve barista-style coffee to a high standard.
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, run food, clear tables, and process payments.
• Support event functions and assist in setup/pack-down as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, well-stocked, and organised.
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit front-of-house team.
