Job summary

Crystalbrook Riley in Cairns is seeking confident Food & Beverage Supervisors to lead across Bar, Restaurant and Events. These permanent roles suit hands-on, people-focused leaders who can set the pace, support their teams and maintain high standards during busy service.

Roles include Bar, Restaurant Floor, and Conferencing & Events, with full-time and part-time opportunities on a seven-day rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, bar, hotel, conferencing or events environments.
• Ability to lead service and coordinate a team during busy periods.
• Hands-on leadership style with coaching focus.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Guest-focused approach with attention to detail.
• Current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or able to obtain before starting

Responsibilities

• Lead across Bar, Restaurant Floor, and Conferencing & Events as required.
• Set priorities and coordinate the team throughout service levels.
• Oversee setup, service, and execution of events from orders and run sheets.
