Job summary

Crystalbrook Bailey, part of Crystalbrook Collection, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant (Section Waiter) for CC’s Bar & Grill. You will own a dining section, guide guests through menus, and coordinate courses to deliver a seamless experience from welcome to farewell.

The role is casual with 24–38 hours per week, primarily evenings. RSA certification, strong communication, and a passion for premium food and wine are essential.

The Opportunity

CC’s Bar & Grill is our signature steakhouse celebrating exceptional produce, premium beef and a carefully curated wine selection. Refined without being formal, CC’s is known for creating memorable dining experiences through knowledgeable, warm and genuinely engaging service.

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant (Section Waiter) who can confidently take ownership of a section and deliver a seamless experience from the first welcome through to the final farewell.

You will guide guests through the menu, offer considered food and wine recommendations, accurately manage orders and coordinate the timing of each course. Working closely with the kitchen, bar and wider restaurant team, you will anticipate guest needs, maintain the flow of service and ensure every detail is considered.

This is a casual opportunity offering approximately 24–38 hours per week, with shifts primarily across evenings.

The Talent

You are a capable and engaging hospitality professional who understands the rhythm of full-service dining. You can manage multiple tables without losing attention to detail, remain composed during a busy service and build genuine connections with your guests.

You take ownership of your section, communicate confidently with the kitchen and service team, and recognise that exceptional hospitality is found in both the finer details and the way a guest is made to feel.

• Previous experience managing your own section within a premium restaurant, hotel or comparable full-service dining environment
• Strong knowledge of sequence of service and professional table-service standards
• Confidence discussing menus and providing thoughtful food, wine and beverage recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, polished manner
• Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Immaculate personal presentation and a genuine commitment to service excellence
• Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work closely with the kitchen, bar and wider restaurant team
• A genuine interest in premium food, wine and creating memorable dining experiences
