Job summary

Crystalbrook Bailey, part of Crystalbrook Collection, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Attendant (Section Waiter) for CC’s Bar & Grill. You will own a dining section, guide guests through menus, and coordinate courses to deliver a seamless experience from welcome to farewell.

The role is casual with 24–38 hours per week, primarily evenings. RSA certification, strong communication, and a passion for premium food and wine are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a section in a premium full-service dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the menu and wine recommendations.
• Accurately manage orders and coordinate course timing with the kitchen and bar.
• Maintain service flow and attention to detail across the dining section.
