HWLE Lawyers is seeking an Events Coordinator to support the National Events Manager with end‑to‑end event management and stakeholder coordination. You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver experiences from intimate briefs to large-scale events, ensuring top‑quality execution and post‑event analysis.

You’ll coordinate timelines, budgets, and vendors, while managing on‑site delivery and communications with stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years’ experience working in B2B events.
• Previous experience in an events role within professional services is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build trust and strong working relationships.
• Well-developed critical thinking capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Experience managing event budgets.
• Experience delivering a high volume of events.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Comfort with event management platforms and collaboration tools.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional event experiences with flexibility to work outside core hours when required.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept through on-site execution and post-event reporting.
• Manage event timelines, checklists, briefs, invitations, run sheets, and workflows.
• Prepare budgets and manage procurement, vendors, contracts.
• Liaise with venues and suppliers, negotiate rates, coordinate logistics.
• Lead on-site delivery to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee event communications and stakeholder alignment.
