HWLE Lawyers is seeking an Events Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. You will support end-to-end event management, stakeholder coordination, and on-site delivery across a range of bespoke and large-scale events.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in B2B events, experience in professional services, and strong attention to detail, organisation, and budget management. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team and senior stakeholders to ensure exceptional events within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in B2B events within professional services.
• Experience delivering end-to-end events and managing budgets.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept through on-site execution and post-event reporting.
• Manage event timelines, checklists, briefs, invitations, run sheets, and workflows to meet milestones.
• Prepare event budgets and coordinate with vendors from procurement to contracts.
• Liaise with venues and suppliers, negotiating rates and managing logistics.
• Lead on-day delivery to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee event communications and enquiries, aligning stakeholders on expectations.
