Mount Annan Christian College is seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Events and Administration Coordinator to join our positive and dynamic team.
The Events and Administration Coordinator will play a key role in planning and delivering some of the College's most significant events, creating memorable experiences for our students, families, staff and wider College community.
From Year 12 Graduation and Grandparents' Day to College photographs and other major College events, you will coordinate the many moving parts that sit behind a successful event - from venues, suppliers and catering through to logistics, technology, registrations and onsite coordination.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys planning, problem-solving and bringing people and ideas together. You will need excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and adaptable when managing multiple priorities and changing requirements.
