Job summary

Crown Melbourne is looking for a Production Logistics Coordinator to support planning and delivery of events, activations and entertainment experiences. • Experience in event production, logistics, audiovisual operations, entertainment or a similar environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem solving and navigating operational challenges.
• Strong administrative and financial coordination capabilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Confidence working across multiple teams, suppliers and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, labour and infrastructure for events and activations across the business.
• Manage event production requirements including equipment, suppliers and contractor coordination.
• Prepare quotes, raise purchase orders and assist with financial tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate the transportation, storage and inventory of production assets.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the Production team.
• Liaise with stakeholders to understand event requirements and provide production solutions.
• Coordinate weekly production rosters and maintain key operational documentation.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, compliance requirements and safety processes.
