Job summary

• Ability to lift and handle equipment up to 10kg.

Responsibilities

• Handle bump-in and bump-out stages with meticulous care, upholding high standards.
• Operate vehicles to transport and manage event logistics efficiently.
• Plan staff workload and assign tasks to maximise resources and schedules.
• Induct, train and lead logistics & warehouse staff for daily/weekly/monthly tasks.
• Manage inventory & stock levels with Operations team.
• Ensure venues and warehouses are in immaculate condition.
• Manage delivery of contracted maintenance services (HVAC&R, fire, electrical, etc.).
• Oversee contracted services for cleaning, hygiene, waste management, pest control, grounds maintenance.
