Job summary

Tennis Australia is seeking an Event Coordinator (Product Operations) to support planning and delivery of TA and AO official events. You will coordinate production, logistics, procurement, hospitality, creative execution and financial administration, collaborating with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to deliver outstanding event experiences.

The role requires 3+ years’ experience in events, strong organisational and stakeholder skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience coordinating events from planning through to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of event operations including production, logistics, catering and supplier management.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the planning and operational delivery of TA and AO official events, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinating production, catering and creative requirements with Live Events team, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Supporting project management across key events by coordinating meetings, maintaining plans and timelines, tracking deliverables, and aiding on-time delivery.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, suppliers and venues to ensure successful event execution.
• Producing detailed event documentation such as project plans, run sheets, guest lists and floor plans.
• Assisting on-site event operations including venue setup, hospitality spaces, guest management and logistics, and real-time problem solving.
• Coordinating event budgets, purchase orders, supplier invoicing and post-event reconciliation.
