Tennis Australia is seeking an Event Coordinator (Product Operations) to support the planning and delivery of official TA and Australian Open events. You will work across a diverse portfolio, coordinating production, logistics, hospitality and financial administration with internal teams, suppliers and agencies to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in event coordination, strong organisational skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience coordinating events from planning through to delivery.
• Sound knowledge of event operations including production, AV, catering, logistics and supplier management.
• Strong organisation and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
• Experience supporting event budgets, PO invoicing and financial tracking with accuracy.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach, able to adapt and stay composed in fast-paced environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality event experiences.
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinating the planning and operational delivery of TA and AO official events, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Coordinating production, catering and creative requirements with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Supporting project management across events by coordinating meetings, maintaining plans and timelines.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers and venues.
• Producing detailed event documentation including project plans, run sheets, event orders and floor plans.
• Assisting with on-site operations, including venue setup, guest management and logistics.
• Coordinating event budgets, PO invoicing, financial tracking and post-event reconciliation.
• Contributing to post-event reporting and identifying process improvements.
