CHECK PASS TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD in Newcastle seeks a dynamic candidate to blend event activation with office operations. You will represent at festivals and events, drive app downloads, and create engaging content across social channels as part of a busy launch week.

You will also manage office tasks, coordinate site works, handle invoices and support the team as needed, while balancing nights and weekend shifts within a startup environment.

Formación

• Qualified in Communications, Media, Marketing or Business.
• Strong knowledge of social media and what makes content successful.
• Willing to work some nights and weekends for events.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Represent at festivals, concerts, gigs and events
• Get people talking about the app and downloading it
• Create content and help run social channels around launch
• Come up with ideas for activations, partnerships and promotions
• Bring energy to the launch campaign
• Office admin and purchasing
• Plan and coordinate site works
• Handle invoicing and keep records in order
• Support the team wherever needed
