Yusen Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Co-ordinator for the Northampton SDC site (NN7 2FR). The role runs 2pm-10pm and will move to a 5-out-of-7 shift pattern, offering a salary of £28,537.32 per year plus a £832 shift allowance.

You will manage bookings, document control, and reporting, supporting inbound/outbound activities and maintaining strong customer relationships. Previous admin experience in logistics is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable general administration experience in a busy environment.
• Previous logistics/warehouse exposure is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer bookings and contract administration accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with shift leadership and support the shift team.
• Control inbound/outbound documentation including manifests.
• Prepare timely reports for management and customers.
• Maintain accurate records and workbooks to support warehouse operations.
• Assist with data flow and documentation for outbound processes.
