Job summary

THM Employment Ltd is seeking a Logistics Administrator in the Watton area. The role supports the transport department with daily planning and execution of outbound and inbound logistics, including cartton-level shipment planning and processing delivery notes.

Working Monday to Friday, 15:00–23:00, the position requires strong organisational, analytical and communication skills to handle workload, drivers, customers and suppliers efficiently. Salary ranges 26,600–30,000 with a bonus.

Qualifications

• Proven traffic management experience in similar environments.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Excellent communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and drivers to optimise route planning and delivery scheduling.
• Plan routes and loads to maximise efficiency and minimise delays.
• Process outbound notes and manage inbound returns and failed deliveries.
• Maintain high-pressure performance while prioritising tasks.
