Job summary

Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking a senior floor leader to manage the evening service and drive guest satisfaction at our Burleigh Heads venue. You will lead the floor, coach a diverse team, and deputise for the Restaurant Manager during peak hours.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, exceptional guest service skills and a proven track record in high-volume hospitality, with RSA and RMLV current or willingness to obtain. Evening shifts and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Proven senior floor leadership experience in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Strong evening and late-night service expertise and leadership under pressure.
• Excellent organisation with ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Proven ability to develop and motivate staff to achieve guest satisfaction.
• Availability for evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Current Queensland RSA and RMLV certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evening service from the front, setting tone and pace.
• Create exceptional guest experiences with polished service.
• Support and deputise for the Restaurant Manager during evening shifts.
• Lead, develop and coach a diverse team for guest satisfaction and growth.
• Drive revenue through upselling and financial controls.
