Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking an experienced evening leadership professional to captain the floor across dinner and late-night service. You will set the tone, manage the pace, and ensure every guest leaves wanting to return.

Join a luxury coastal destination where coaching, guest-centric service and team development are valued. You will lead a diverse team, drive performance, and deputise for the Restaurant Manager while sustaining high standards and a warm hospitality culture.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a senior floor leadership role within a high-volume, quality-driven restaurant or bar environment.
• Strong evening and late-night hospitality leadership.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Availability to work evening shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Current Queensland RSA and RMLV (or willingness to obtain).
