Job summary

Dynamic Distribution Systems is seeking a capable PM Operations Assistant to support afternoon operations from the Cannon Hill office. This hands-on role focuses on coordinating PM allocations, driver coverage and clear handovers to maintain service continuity.

You will work with the National Operations Manager and a national team to respond to enquiries, manage records and ensure compliance across the business during the PM shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced transport or logistics roles.
• Strong organisation and time-management with attention to detail.
• Calm, professional communication with customers and drivers.
• Ability to use transport/workforce/payroll systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support daily PM allocations and driver coverage.
• Handle customer and driver enquiries with clear updates.
• Conduct scheduled customer phone/site check-ins.
• Assist with driver recruitment, onboarding, and system access.
• Monitor licences, insurances, registrations and inductions.
• Investigate driver pay and customer charge queries using records.
• Enter timesheets and related data during the shift.
• Prepare accurate end-of-shift handovers.
• Identify process improvements and growth opportunities with accounts.
