Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking an experienced PM Operations Supervisor to lead the PM shift in Dry Creek, SA. This full-time role runs 1:30pm–10:30pm, focusing on safe, efficient operations and strong customer service.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate labour and equipment, coach staff and monitor KPIs to drive productivity, safety and service levels across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising transport/logistics operations.
• Ability to lead and motivate operational teams.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Proven track record in KPI, productivity and service delivery.
• Knowledge of safety and transport compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the day-to-day PM shift operations.
• Coordinate staffing, labour and equipment requirements.
• Coach and support employees across the operation.
• Oversee freight movement, loading, unloading and dispatch.
• Manage productivity, service levels and operational performance.
• Monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and per procedures.
• Investigate service failures and corrective actions.
• Coordinate freight movements and deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety and transport requirements.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer expectations.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and pre-shift meetings.
• Schedule equipment maintenance for service and breakdowns.
