Mondrian Gold Coast is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team across LiTO and Haven, delivering exceptional dishes that embody contemporary Italian-inspired and coastal dining experiences.

You will lead a kitchen section, maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness, and contribute to menu development while mentoring junior chefs in a fast-paced, luxury setting on the Gold Coast.

Formación

• Trade-qualified Chef with proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a quality restaurant, luxury hotel or commercial kitchen.
• Strong passion for food, culinary creativity and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining consistency, attention to detail and high standards.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of your designated kitchen section and deliver high-quality dishes aligned with LiTO and Haven’s culinary vision.
• Prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards with exceptional flavour, presentation and texture.
• Ensure mise en place is prepared and maintained to support efficient kitchen operations and seamless service.
• Support and mentor junior chefs and apprentices, contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
