Job summary

RSA certification required, must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, and contribute to a welcoming, energetic dining environment that blends authentic Spanish hospitality with modern service standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage attendant or similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and table waiting skills.
• Previous bar experience and confidence serving a range of beverages.
• An upbeat, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Current RSA certification.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, primarily evenings, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Delivering friendly, attentive and professional table service.
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently.
• Supporting bar operations and preparing and serving drinks.
• Sharing knowledge of our menu, wines and beverage offerings with guests.
