Job summary

Hotel Woolstore 1888 - Handwritten Collection in Sydney's Darling Harbour invites an experienced Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join Percy, our Spanish dining concept. You’ll deliver warm table service during dinner and bar operations, creating engaging guest experiences.

You’ll work primarily evenings and weekends, leveraging your bar skills, menu knowledge and RSA certification to ensure smooth service and memorable hospitality in a vibrant, historic setting within the Accor portfolio.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Percy. Renowned for its authentic Spanish cuisine and traditional Spanish wine list, Percy offers a unique dining experience.

Working primarily across dinner service and bar operations, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, strong waiting skills and confidence behind the bar.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Delivering friendly, attentive and professional table service.
• Taking orders and serving food and beverages efficiently.
• Supporting bar operations and preparing and serving drinks.
• Sharing knowledge of our menu, wines and beverage offerings with guests.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant and bar.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
• Creating memorable guest experiences through genuine hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food and beverage attendant or similar hospitality role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and table waiting skills.
• Previous bar experience and confidence serving a range of beverages.
• An upbeat, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Availability to work a flexible roster, primarily evenings, including weekends and public holidays.
