Job summary

LEAP NSW is expanding across Sydney with new showrooms, selling four leading EV brands: Chery, GAC, Leapmotor, and Zeekr. The role places you at a showroom based on business needs, with training on all models and opportunities to work across brands and locations.

We seek customer-focused sales professionals who can demonstrate vehicles, meet sales targets, and build lasting relationships with customers. Valid driver’s license required, salary with commission, and career progression offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales or automotive/tech industries preferred.
• Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and explain features clearly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers to understand needs and match them with the right EV.
• Deliver product demonstrations and test drives to showcase features.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on models, tech, and industry trends.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through lead generation and closing.
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless showroom experience.
