Job summary

Le Mans Toyota in Tottenham is seeking a Stock Controller to manage the movement and paperwork of new and used vehicles across the dealership. You will locate vehicles, order stock, process transactions, coordinate freight for swaps, and conduct monthly stock checks as part of a busy, customer-focused team.

The ideal candidate is well organised, detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively within a team, with strong administrative skills to support daily operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of new and used vehicles throughout the dealership by:

• Locating sold, retail and fleet vehicles
• Ordering stock vehicles
• Processing vehicle transactions
• Arranging freight for vehicle swaps
• Processing all paperwork for sold vehicles upon arrival
• Performing monthly stock checks
