Job summary

Le Mans Toyota in Tottenham, Melbourne, is seeking a motivated Stock Controller to coordinate the movement of new and used vehicles across the dealership. You will locate sold, retail and fleet vehicles, order stock, process vehicle transactions and arrange freight for vehicle swaps.

Presently we have an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Tottenham dealership in the position of Stock Controller.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of new and used vehicles throughout the dealership by:

• Locating sold, retail and fleet vehicles
• Ordering stock vehicles
• Processing vehicle transactions
• Arranging freight for vehicle swaps
• Processing all paperwork for sold vehicles upon arrival
• Performing monthly stock checks
