ZEEKR AU Head Office is seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide high-level technical expertise and support daily aftersales operations across the Australia/New Zealand network. You will be the primary contact for technical inquiries, diagnosing issues, supporting technicians, and driving continuous service quality improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive technical operations, aftersales, or diagnostic support.

Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support to the ZEEKR Australia/New Zealand network for vehicle diagnostics, concern resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Serve as internal technical reference for departmental inquiries and cross-functional technical matters.
Develop, implement, and track corrective actions with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Mentor network technicians to promote Right First Time Fix through knowledge sharing and best practices.
Contribute to refining ZEEKR’s local aftersales technical strategy and service capability.
Monitor Technical Operations KPIs and propose improvements to support performance.
Support warranty processes, including claim reviews and guidance to minimize processing errors.
