Job summary

Zeekr Sydney City is seeking a Sales Consultant to greet customers, explain EV features, and guide them through the buying journey. You will showcase Zeekr models, understand needs, and tailor options while staying up to date on incentives and charging infrastructure.

This role requires proven automotive sales experience (EV preferred), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a valid Australian work authorisation with a full driver's licence.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales experience, EV preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Full unrestricted driver's licence and Australian work authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Explain benefits, features and charging technology of EV models.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend EV options.
• Schedule and accompany test drives and provide vehicle insights.
• Assist with financing, leasing and insurance options.
• Follow up on leads and maintain relationships to generate repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Input customer information into the CRM system.
• Participate in events, training sessions and product launches.
