Qualificações

• Experience in a premium or luxury retail, service, or clerical environment (automotive experience is a plus).
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology.
• A proactive and positive attitude, ready to be part of a growing brand.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage the registration of new vehicles, ensuring compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary paperwork for vehicle registrations and ensure plates are issued promptly.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all sold vehicles are registered and ready for delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, titles, and compliance documents.
• Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
• Administrative Support: Manage correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
• Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of registrations, invoices, and customer details.
• Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operation.
