Job summary

The Aquarium in Melbourne is seeking a Senior EUC Support Engineer to drive a major workplace technology rollout onsite. You will resolve escalated issues, deploy laptops and mobile devices, and ensure device readiness using Intune, Autopilot and Azure AD.

You will lead on-site support, mentor junior EUC staff, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver a seamless deployment and post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Senior EUC/desktop or end-user support experience.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Intune expertise is essential.
• Experience with Windows 11, Autopilot, Azure AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of device provisioning and endpoint compliance.
• Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices and workplace technology.
• Previous involvement in large-scale device rollouts or migrations.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service and stakeholder communication.
• Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform.
• Whiteglove provisioning experience is highly regarded.
• A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level onsite EUC and desktop support.
• Configure and deploy laptops, iPhones, iPads and peripherals.
• Manage device enrolment, configuration and compliance through Intune.
• Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID and Autopilot.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, connectivity and deployment issues.
• Resolve escalated incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or similar ITSM.
• Maintain accurate asset, deployment and ticket records.
• Support workstations, printers, meeting rooms and audiovisual technology.
• Communicate clearly with users during deployments and issue resolution.
• Work closely with technical teams, project stakeholders and external vendors.
• Assist with site readiness, rollout activities and post-deployment support.
• Mentor and support other EUC team members where required.
