Job summary

DP World Australia is seeking an EUC specialist to support, troubleshoot, and manage end-user technology, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for staff at Fisherman Islands Terminal.

You will configure and maintain devices, support software compatibility, and work with the IT team to implement end-user systems and solutions, with a focus on 24x7 incident response and continual improvement. This is a 6-month fixed-term, onsite contract.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting end-user computing environments and 24x7 support.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management.
• Proactive automation of routine admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, and manage end-user technology for staff.
• Configure and maintain devices; ensure software compatibility.
• Provide 24x7 incident response and work with IT teams on BAU.
• Follow SLAs and contribute to continuous improvement.
