  • Managing end-user onboarding and offboarding tasks, identity and access requests, MFA troubleshooting, device compliance and application provisioning.
  • Assisting the infrastructure team with Melbourne office infrastructure, including network switches, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, server room equipment and connectivity troubleshooting, with escalation when required.

  • Working knowledge of Active Directory or Entra ID, user accounts, permissions, MFA and identity troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi and basic switching, with experience in basic hands‑on infrastructure support.
  • Exposure to Windows Server, Hyper‑V, networking equipment or firewalls is essential.
  • Ability to document technical solutions, maintain asset records and follow IT security, change and escalation procedures.
