Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services is seeking an EUC Engineer to deliver secure, stable, scalable IT services and modern workplace experiences for a key client in Melbourne. This hands‑on role balances day‑to‑day endpoint reliability with complex project rollouts.

You will work on Modern Device & M365 management, application packaging, and patch management while supporting VDI environments and Azure Virtual Desktop. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in enterprise IT and strong scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Experience on EUC projects, deployments, upgrades or rollouts.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MECM and modern workplace tools.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT environments.
• Minimum 2 years enterprise application packaging.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with AD, Entra, GPO and SOE management.
• Strong troubleshooting, organization and stakeholder communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Windows devices using Intune/MEM with Autopilot and security baselines.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Exchange Online.
• Maintain SOE standards and device lifecycle processes.
• Package and deploy applications at enterprise scale using Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE or BigFix.
• Manage the application lifecycle—testing, versioning and documentation.
• Manage update rings, feature updates and security patching via Intune or BigFix.
• Ensure high compliance and minimal business interruption.
• Support VDI environments including image maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization.
• Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop is an advantage.

We are seeking an EUC Engineer to support the delivery of Secure, Stable, Scalable, and Modern IT services across a key client. This hands‑on role balances day‑to‑day endpoint reliability with complex project rollouts to deliver an exceptional modern workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities

Modern Device & M365 Management:

• Configure and manage Windows devices using Intune/MEM (compliance, configuration, Autopilot, security
  baselines, app deployment).
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Maintain SOE standards and device lifecycle processes.

Application Packaging & Deployment:

• Package and deploy applications at enterprise scale using Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE or BigFix.
