Job summary

This temporary fixed-term position is based in Alexandria on-site for up to 24 months with initial training and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Lead the coordination of monitoring, triaging, and resolving faults across the ETCS Level 2 and its sub-systems, including onboard, trackside, telecommunication, and traffic management system.
• First six months will be training and onboarding with standard hours before transitioning to a 24/7 roster.
• Role is based in Alexandria and requires an on-site presence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fault diagnosis and incident response, outages, and root cause analysis with engineering teams and vendors.
• Provide clear performance reporting and support rollout of rail technology as part of the Digital Systems Program.
