Job summary

Ambrose Construct Group is seeking an experienced Estimator/Supervisor to join our Sydney team. You will estimate and supervise insurance building repairs, manage jobs end-to-end, and collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will build strong client and trades relationships, deliver outstanding service, and drive KPIs using our in-house systems. A Cert III in Carpentry is highly regarded and White Card, full licence are required.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Carpentry (Highly regarded).
• Current White Card and Driver Licence.
• Experience estimating, scheduling and supervising repairs.
• Knowledge of NCC, building regulations and WHS requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office + ability to learn new systems).
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Strong organisation and time management.
• Commitment to safety.
• Insurance experience and water claims knowledge are advantageous but not essential.
