Job summary

Ambrose Construct Group in North Brisbane is seeking an aspiring Estimator Supervisor to join our rapidly expanding team. You will learn how to estimate, schedule and supervise trades and repairs while delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Carpentry or strong building-related experience.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction and willing to apply for QBCC Supervisors Licence.
• Willingness to learn estimating, scheduling and supervision.
• Basic understanding of building practices; NCC/WHS advantageous but teachable.
• Confident with computers and mobile devices; quick to learn new systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes.
• Proactive nature with a strong work ethic and KPI-driven teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to estimate, schedule and supervise trades and repairs.
• Exceed KPIs through structured training using our industry-leading technology.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Report directly to the Construction Manager and contribute to project delivery.
